EASY ROAST CHICKEN RECIPE

Sometimes you need to prepare a recipe in hurry and a tasty one too, you may opt for a simple roast chicken, which can please your guests and also be served as a starter.

You need not to rush for spices or chopping onions and garlic, furnishing it with a lot of Ingredients.

Here is a method to roast chicken easily:

INGREDIENTS

Chicken whole, with wings and drumsticks intact, peeled and cleaned properly                  450 Gms.

Vegetable oil and butter                                                                                                                               50 ml/gms

Iodine salt                                                                                                                                1 tsp

Black pepper powder                                                                                                                                     1 tsp

Turmeric                                                                                                                                 ½ tsp

White vinegar                                                                                                                         2 tsp

COOKING METHOD

Take the chicken and put a cut at the neck so it is open. Pre heat the oven at 200 temp for 20 minutes.

Rub oil inside and outside the chicken. Place it on a baking tray and place in oven for 45 minutes. Put it off and take the chicken to cool it. Let it cool for 30 minutes.  Now rub vinegar and black pepper to it leave for 15 min. sprinkle salt on it and again put it in the oven at 170 temps. Leave for 30 min.

Put the oven off, take the chicken out and brush butter on it. You can make your own taste by rubbing chili/ tomato or garlic sauce in place of butter or before you rub the butter.

This is served hot in company of sauces, chutneys and chopped onion and carrot.

PREPARING CHUTNEY

Ingredients

Green chili                          50 Gms

Tomato red                        5 pc.

Ginger                                  I big pc.

Garlic                                     10 cloves

Salt                                         1-1/2 tsp

Tamarind powder            1 tsp

Take all ingredients in a container of food processor and blend it to prepare a paste. It should be properly mixed as no solid particle remains. Pour the mixture in a bowl and your home made chutney is ready. Serve roasted chicken with it.

CHICKEN ROAST CLASSIC

You need to do some preparations to roast your chicken, start with arranging all ingredients at one place, so you don’t have to look here and there while preparation.

INGREDIENTS

  • CHICKEN                                              800GMS Full
  • ONIONS                               5 pc. Medium ( three chopped)
  • CARROT                               5 pc. Medium ( three chopped)
  • EGG, Boiled, Chopped                   1 pc.
  • Iodine Salt                                           To Taste
  • Black Pepper Powder                     To Taste
  • Egg                                                         1 pc.
  • Parsley, Finally Chopped               1 ½ Table spoon
  • Butter                                   For Brushing

COOKING METHOD

Switch on the oven to preheat it at 200 deg cel.  Take 3 chopped onion, 3 chopped carrots, chopped egg, salt, pepper powder and mix them in a bowl. Add parsley to it and mix well.

Cut remaining onions and carrots into thick and quarter slices. Clean chicken properly and cut neck with skin intact. Rub salt inside as well outside the whole chicken.

Fold front wings and neck to drag it backwards. Break raw egg to prepare a nice mixture. Place this mixture inside the chicken to stuff it, by pressing it so it could be distributed evenly.

Tie drumsticks to seal and place the stuffed chicken on the carrot and onion bed placing them all in a baking dish.

Pour olive oil all over the chicken and sprinkle a little salt and pepper all over it. Place the dish in preheated oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Bring down the temperature to 170 deg cel. And leave for 1- ¼ hrs. Rub butter on chicken with the help of brush and serve with sauce or gravy.

BEST ROAST CHICKEN

The best roast chicken recipe which is almost everybody’s favorite is MURGMUSALLAM BAKED and a recipe to cook the delicious dish is here to be shared.

To prepare a taste full Murg Musallam you need to do it in steps. Every step adds a bit of taste to the dish.  First you need to marinade it so it may prepare to cook finally.

INGREDIENTS TO MARINADE:

  • A piece of ginger peeled and equally chopped
  •  Two large garlic, peeled
  • 50 gm yogurt
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder

 

MAIN COURSE INGREDIENTS:

Whole chicken peeled and cleaned properly.                                                      450 gms.

medium onions, peeled and chopped                                                                   4 pc.

Garlic peeled                                                                                                                     4 gloves

Ginger  peeled and chopped                                                                                      1 big pc.

Almonds water sunken & skin removed                                                                                2 pc.

Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds                                                                                   2 tsp each

Turmeric powder                                                                                                             ½ tsp

Red chili grouted                                                                                                              ½ tsp

Paprika grouted                                                                                                                                ½ tsp

Iodine salt                                                                                                                           1-1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil                                                                                                                     50 ml

Lemon juice                                                                                                                       2 tsp

Black pepper                                                                                                                      ½ tsp

Chicken masala grouted                                                                                                                1 tsp

COOKING METHOD

Marinade-:  mix ginger and garlic with little yogurt in to a bowl and put it in food processor to blend it. Blend it properly to prepare a paste. Add chili powder, salt, black pepper powder and turmeric and mix it to the paste prepared.  Blend the whole mixture evenly. Take out the mixture in a pot (don’t wash the container) add       remaining yogurt to it and beat with a fork.

Take the peeled chicken, make cut on neck and rub all marinade to it, inside as well as outside. Leave for two hours.

Put onion, garlic, ginger, and almond in to processor and blend it to prepare a mixture. Add cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, chili and salt. Blend again and prepare a homogenous mixture.

Place a non stick cookware on medium flame and heat oil in it. Pour the mixture in to cookware and fry it for ten minutes. When turns brown add lemon juice, black pepper, and chicken masala and mix properly. Cook for another 10 minutes and leave to cool.

Turn oven to 350 temp.

After completing two hours of marinade, take an aluminum foil to fit to whole chicken. Rub the chicken with prepared mixture in nonstick, thoroughly in and out. Place chicken on the foil and don’t enclose it. Put the breast upside, place in oven on a baking tray and cook for 1-1/2 hours.

Could be served with mustard sauce and bean, sprout/ pasta salad.

ROAST CHICKEN BREAST RECIPE

Chicken breasts are best part of the dish which is loved by almost every one. When served roasted sometimes looks as wasting the stuff as it is baked dry or it looks so. Here is one recipe which can help you to cook chicken breasts a little juicy or moist.

It could be your personal choice and you can make it your specialty. You can name it in the circle and people would love it, when cooked by you.

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken breasts                             450 Gms

Salt & Black pepper powder                        to taste

Flour                                                                      ¼ cup

Olive oil

Butter                                                                   1tsp

Oregano dried                                                   1 tsp

Garlic                                                                     9 cloves

Lemon juice                                                       2 tsp

Lemon                                                                  1pc.

Thyme Leaves                                                  1 tsp

DIRECTIONS TO COOK

Put the oven at 400 tem to be preheated.  Pour some olive oil to the nonstick pan on a medium flame and let it warm. Add garlic to it and cook for 1 min., don’t let them turn brown. Put off the flame add lemon juice (if you feel you can add white wine to it), oregano, thyme and salt and put in to a baking dish.

Place the chicken up side on the sauce which you prepared in a pan. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Cut a lemon in small wedges and tuck it among the chicken.

Bake it for 30-40 min until the chicken is cooked and have a brown look.  Cover the pan tightly and leave for 15 minutes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and your serving is prepared.

This recipe is not a dried one so could be served as a part of main course. A well prepared salad full of protein and minerals will add a taste to the cuisine. You can name it GRAVID ROASTED BREASTS.

ROAST CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

  • ½  pine apple cut into small pieces
  • 5 boiled potatoes, boiled, cut in small pieces.

  • Olive oil

DRESSING

  • Cream 300 Gms
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice

  • Pre heat the oven at 200c
  • Put potatoes, pine apple and tomato pieces on baking tray, sprinkled with a little olive oil. Put in the oven for 40 min. or until it turns brown.
  • Put lemon juice, onion and olive oil in a container and shake it well.
  • Prepare dressing  by mixing cream and lemon juice
  • Take baked materials on a tray and mix it with lemon juice and add salt and black pepper powder according to taste.
  • Add roasted nuts to it.
  • Place it in a dish and pour dressing on it.

A delicious and nutritious salad is ready which will fill the taste buds as well. This recipe will be remembered for a long and so will you. You can add yogurt in place of cream and if require a small amount of chocolate also can be added. It is to be done only if your guests or you love a small amount of sweet taste.
